Patrick,
Congratulations!!!
So much to say, but I’ll be brief. My family and I love BL and especially this season. As a fellow Mississippian (Columbia), we were rooting you on to the bitter end. My husband and I are in decent shape, but I have a 10 year old son who is going to be a challenge. So it’s nice to have our healthy life-style messages come from someone other than us! (We don’t know anything at this point you know:)) So your focus and message is so spot on! Know you and your sweet family are in our prayers today and always. We hope to meet you soon!

Hi Patrick, Congratulations on your accomplishment & finding yourself again. Going through the BL this season with all of you helps me stay committed to my own path of health. When each season starts, I remember what my life was like at over 400lbs and not able to walk a block. I lost 170lbs and have kept it off for over 8 years now.
